This client came to Fika with the desire to remodel their finished, but outdated, lower level.  The footprint was adequate, but the space wasn’t designed well for the family’s needs, and it was rarely utilized.  Adding a counter height wet bar, and appliances tucked behind the cabinetry has reinvigorated the space into the hub of family gatherings.  The balance of the lower level got a facelift with enameled millwork, new lighting and furniture, and that wallcovering!!
